Policies

Appointments: We are appointment only as of right now. We do not accept walk-ins at this time. If you are looking for a last minute appointment, please call us at 609-472-0620 so that we can try and fit you in that same day.

Cancellation Policy: We understand life can get busy and appointments can fall through the cracks. For that reason, we are not going to hold it against you for a first time no show or last minute cancellation. If you happen to forget again, we are willing to try and reschedule your appointment for that same week. Otherwise, all else will result in a 50% charge of your scheduled session.

Late Policy: If you come more than 30 minutes late we will have to terminate your appointment to prepare for the next client (discretion is left to the therapist). A 50% charge of your scheduled session will occur to cover the cost of lost business.

Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings. Therefore, we encourage our clients to leave all valuables at home. Although, we do provide a cubby, within the treatment room, for personal items that are needed.

Termination of Session: During a massage, we are entitled to terminate the session at any point if we deem it to be unsafe. If we feel threatened, harassed, or unsafe, then your session will be terminated immediately and you will be asked to leave the premises. There will not be a refund issued.

Health Notice: Please inform your therapist of any serious medical concerns or requires special attention such as: episodes of passing out, epilepsy, seizures, allergies, cancer, heart conditions, pregnancy, injuries, disabilities, broken bones, skin rashes, contagious conditions, or illnesses. This is to make your therapist aware and for their safety and protection. Thank you!
