David graduated with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2015. Immediately after graduation, he worked under the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Boston Celtics for 2 years and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). While working with the Celtics, David was able to master program design and proper technique at an elite level. He saw how athletic training enhanced performance, but it lacked the hands-on component needed for pain reduction.

Desiring a more therapeutic, well rounded approach, David pursued a License in Massage Therapy. He now combines individualized exercises and muscular manipulation to relieve the symptom(s) so he can treat the underlying cause.

He uses his experience of working alongside chiropractors, pain management doctors, physical therapists, and team athletic staff to identify the best treatment for his clients and how these services fit into a complete treatment plan. He ensures every client that walks through his office doors receives the best possible treatment and the best possible care.

Along with his private clients, David continues to serve as a massage therapist to the New England Revolution Major League Soccer Team.

Where Better Health Begins

The thought of getting people out of crippling pain is fascinating to me. One of my first jobs working as a licensed massage therapist was a factory-style Physical Therapy office.  My heart was on the floor as I watched these patients become more and more frustrated with their rehabilitation plans. I quickly realized that "a one size fits all" style was not how rehabilitation was intended to be.

I founded Pro10 Rehabilitative Massage & Training to give people an alternative option to Physical Therapy. This meant no more home-exercise handouts and questioning if the exercises are being done correctly. I learned the key to a successful treatment plan is 1. Medical massage therapy to relieve pain 2. Movement training and Individualized exercises to prevent pain from reoccurring. I have devoted my life to providing more efficient ways for people to live a pain free life.

Here at Pro10 we are the first line of defense for recovery, injury prevention, and athletic performance. Our mission is to provide the best quality rehabilitative and wellness care through exercise and medical massage. We serve those looking to move better, feel better, and live better.

We believe integrity, transparency, and respect is a recipe for a quality client-therapist relationship as we continue to serve the local Raleigh/Durham NC community.

Towson University

I received my B.S. Degree in Exercise Science. This is where I founded my love for anatomy and physiology. I was honored to earn Dean's list while being very active on Towson's ultimate frisbee team.

Boston Celtics

I worked as a personal trainer for the head strength and conditioning coach of the Boston Celtics. This is where I lead Professional Basketball players through workout routines. I helped design and implement workouts for D1 collegiate athletes in the summers. I performed 1:1 private in-home training and lead group exercise classes for Bain Capital corporate clients.

Massage Therapy School

This is where I learned clinical and spa techniques such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular therapy, Swedish, Trigger Point, and Myofascial massage.

Founded Pro10 Rehabilitative Massage & Training LLC

After working in chiropractor's, physical therapy, and pain management offices, I wanted to combine my knowledge of exercises and manual therapy to help people live a pain free life.

Massage Therapist for The New England Revolution MLS

I was extremely humbled and honored to work on Professional Soccer players and learn how massage applied to performance. The Revs had an amazing season winning the Supporters' Shield Trophy and making it to the Semifinals. I was blessed to work alongside and learn from the team's incredible athletic staff.
