Strength & Agility

Strength and Agility is all about increasing your power and speed. Through agility training, you'll excel at rapidly and accurately changing directions, maintaining momentum, increasing acceleration, and stopping with control and balance. We pair this with strength training, which builds muscle, increases endurance, improves posture, and helps prevent injuries. This training is for anyone, from a seasoned athlete to a stay at home parent who wants to keep up with the kids and home improvement jobs with more ease. Corrective Exercises

Corrective Exercise is not about how much you can do, but doing it correctly. Here we focus on fixing muscle imbalances, correcting posture, and improving coordination. We evaluate how you move and your everyday lifestyle, addressing how your body compensates for repetitive tasks, such as how you sit, drive, carry a child, or pick things up. We then individualize an exercise plan to help you move better, with less pain, risk of injury, and to lessen the load everyday tasks are taking on your body. 

Injury Rehab

With Injury Rehab, we help you overcome a recent injury, chronic pain, or recover from surgery. Instead of focusing on your body's overall strength, our rehab training is specific to an area in need of repair. To improve the injured area(s), we focus on increasing flexibility, range of motion, balance, strength, and proprioception. This is to decrease pain, increase function in the injured area, and get you back to doing the things you love at a level you are content with. Sports Performance is specifically for athletes. We know that each sport is different, from the physical demands required of the players down to millisecond factors needed to succeed.
